All meeting rooms have a full range of audiovisual equipment, individually controlled air-conditioning and are soundproof. White boards, flip charts and stationery are provided.

Audiovisual equipment

All rooms have integrated media screens, overhead projectors, telephone, data and wireless internet connection. The Egg also has a XXm media wall, DVD, video and satellite TV. All standard AV equipment is included in the room hire price and IT support available as optional extra.

Catering and accommodation

We can arrange catering on your behalf, working with you to discuss your requirements, or we have a number of selected catering suppliers form you can choose and arrange independently.
