NEW FRONTIERS begins with a series of seminars created in collaboration with our partner organisations and panel members, many of which are playing an integral role in the development of the series. Featuring a world-class speaker line-up and rolling out across venues in Greater Manchester including the Centre for the Urban Built Environment (CUBE), the seminars will explore the very latest developments in sustainable innovation in design, engineering, science and technology.
Curated by Dr. Mike Pitts of the Royal Society of Chemistry this seminar will explore new and evolving chemistry solutions and materials for the built environment. BASF, the leading raw material supplier to the construction industry will be presenting The BASF House, which they have built to demonstrate how their raw materials can be used to create energy efficient and affordable homes.
