This one-day workshop is aimed at senior managers, project and programme managers, IT professionals and all those with an interest in or need to improve their information systems and environments without expensive and lengthy development of new systems. All organisations grappling with the increased demand for information with reducing or static budgets will find it especially useful.

The workshop will focus on real-world experiences and practical techniques to help the attendees use their existing information systems and assets efficiently.

Speaker Marc Stephenson has over 20 years’ experience in architecting, planning, implementing and the on-going management of complex information systems and environments. His experience covers private, public and third sector organisations of varying sizes and market sectors. Some of his clients include: the Bank of England, Pearson International, Hong Kong Government, Cancer Research UK, Mitsubishi Securities, Yorkshire Water, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, Directgov, the National Archives, Confederation of British Industries and the House of Lords.
