Keith Morris, PhD from the NHS Technology Adoption Centre will discuss how businesses can take their technologies into the NHS. This relaxed informal networking event is an opportunity for SMEs and others who want to branch out in these sectors to, find out what the NHS Technology Adoption Centre looks for from businesses and provide insights into navigating the complexities of the NHS.
With more than £2 billion spent on healthcare research by the UK government and healthcare charities each year, the NHS Technology Adoption Centre’s overall aim is to help organisations overcome the barrier of getting their healthcare technologies into the NHS. Dr Morris will give a short talk about the Centre’s programme and reveal examples of the innovators who have successfully come through the programme.
