Building Helpdesk
This facility gives you the option to log a fault within the building or request for maintenance work to be carried out. If the fault is urgent please accompany the request with a call to the helpdesk on 0161 6037673.
You will need a username and password which can be requested by calling the helpdesk on 0161 6037673.
To log a job:
To log a new job, click on the link above. Once you have logged in hover your mouse over helpdesk and select log a fault. The screen that follows auto enters your details and leaves a box at the bottom to include the details of the job. Once the job has been picked up and allocated you will receive a confirmation email with details of when it should be complete. As any updates are added you will be able to see details through the intranet and once the job is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
