Research funding assured

Following its initial introductory and market fact finding meeting held at UMIC in November 2009, the Forensic Hub has been busy refining its business model and sourcing further funding. This is still ongoing, but has not prevented the Hub from continuing its research aspirations.

As part of its ongoing commitment to find new forensic solutions for use in the field, the Forensic Hub is working on several novel products.

One potential solution for accurate crime scene measuring is being explored and the Forensic Hub are pleased to announce that it has just been awarded a prestigious Innovation voucher to continue the research.

The voucher is funded by Manchester City Council and will go some way towards the assessment of and refining of software to compliment a novel measuring system.
