Free research projects from our graduates
An opportunity for a high calibre environmental postgraduate to work for your company over a 5 week or 3-6 month period to help development of a new technology, service, or undertake an R&D project specific to your company.
Suitable projects are environmentally focused, academically challenging and achieveable within a 5 week or 3-6 month period. Projects relevant to the development of environmental products are particularlly appealing to students.
Projects are free to north west based companies that employ fewer than 250 staff and that turnover less than £40m a year, and aim to bring about real business benefits through university/industry collaboration.
There are a wide range of similar opportunities available throughout the University and our partner organisations, if you are unsure if your area of interest is suitable please get in touch to discuss this.
5 week projects run in Autumn/Winter from November to December.
3-6 month projects run in Spring/Summer from March to August.
