Call for IT Projects
Soon the new academic year will be upon us along with students undertaking an advanced computing MSc. During February to August 2011 the students will be required to work on a project as part of their MSc studies, the School of Computer Science is eager to hear from companies interested in offering such a project.

The latest Business Pitch event focussing on Advanced Engineering and Instrumentation will be hosted by Manchester Science Park at its One Central Park location on Thursday 30th September (10.30am to 1.30pm). This is an opportunity for businesses to pitch or to participate in the event by being part of the audience.

The next Biomedical Business Pitch Event will take place on Tuesday 26th October at UMIC's Core Technology Facility. A pitching workshop is available as well as an opportunity to pitch at the event and be part of the "pitched to" audience. Full details and a booking form are available.
