empty

….a new Executive Development Program that will give you an opportunity to access the cutting-edge thinking of leading experts in the field of business growth and entrepreneurship.

All sessions are highly practical and will relate directly to your own situation.  Key topics include:

  • Creativity and innovation
  • Finances
  • Markets and market entry
  • Corporate practicalities
  • Leadership

On the first evening, there is networking buffet by programme contributors, colleagues from RBS and PwC and successful entrepreneurs and business owners.  Optional one-to-one surgeries are available at the end of day two.

Who should attend?
If one of the following scenarios looks familiar, you’ll benefit from attending this programme:

  • Your start-up has stalled but you’ve been advised that there is no reason why it should not be a successful business
  • You’re the owner or manager of a small-to-medium-sized enterprise with the drive and ambition to achieve significant growth but you haven’t been through the experience before
  • Two years into your start-up, you’ve established good foundations and now need the entrepreneurial skills to grow further
  • You’re at a crossroads in your business – you’ve maximised its potential under the existing structure but are at a loss for where to go next
  • As the next generation of a family business, you’re looking to introduce new ideas to an established business to take it on to a new level of profitability

You’re the new owner or manager of a recently failed business and are looking to take its nucleus and deliver a successful enterprise in its wake.

Dates

  • 30-31 January 2008
  • 24-25 June 2008
