D2M has engaged with UMIP (www.umip.com) on a project to identify opportunities and issues in addressing unmet clinical needs and securing future commercial value. The highly experienced D2M team completed detailed analysis on the mechanisms employed by the top academic institutions with respect to capitalising on bioscience research with potential therapeutic applications.
D2M was then able to make recommendations on methodologies and measures to implement across a range of targeted areas. In addition a detailed overview of the relative merits and of various theoretical funding mechanisms has been completed to assist UMIP in the progression of its projects towards commercialisation.
The project was successfully completed on time and to budget.
