Kaya Responsible Travel is an ethical travel company focussed on volunteering abroad and cultural immersion.
We recruit individuals and groups of all ages – from 18-80 to join our projects across Asia, Africa and Latin America for placements from 2 weeks to 6 months. Working alongside NGOs, charities and local community projects, the areas of work include Environmental Conservation, animals and wildlife, education, healthcare, sports, community development, work with children and building.
We encourage people to make the most of their Gap Years, career breaks, time out of work or just their annual holidays. Working with careers services or faculties, we can also organise placements that provide work experience in a variety of fields where the voluntary work requires certain skill sets. All placements are volunteer funded and include all accommodation, most meals, airport pick ups and orientations to enable the volunteers to maximise their experience of a country.
