Access To Free Money

If you are a small business, a social enterprise, a charity or a not-for-profit organisation you can access £3000 of unique business support funding provided by the Government to help move your business forward.

You may want to trial a new product or technology, or you may seek consultancy on marketing or intellectual property protection issues.

The scheme helps small firms tap into expertise and services in universities and further education colleges across the region. £1.4 million is available in vouchers and the NWDA is keen to support innovation and competitiveness in the region with more than 1100 businesses expected to sign-up to the voucher scheme.

The fourth round applications open on 3rd August 2009, so don’t miss out on this opportunity.

The University of Manchester Incubator Company (UMIC) is one of the knowledge providers for the scheme and D2M is working with UMIC to help you both apply for a voucher and to access academic expertise within the University. We can help to speed the application process especially where you are seeking services from The University of Manchester.
