Intellicig Reach Finals of Excellence Awards
CN Creative Limited, the company that produces the intellicig Electronic Cigarette, has been short listed as a finalist for the prestigious North of England Excellence Awards 2011.
The Excellence Awards are the only ones endorsed by both the British Quality Foundation and the Chartered Quality Institute. Now in their 17th year, they are widely recognised as the North’s premier awards.
Winning Pitch and the High Growth Foundation are sponsoring the High Growth Business of the Year award 2011. The award category is for those organisations which can demonstrate outstanding business performance and results, and is the award for which CN Creative has been nominated. Their 2,500 word submission, along with the phenomenal growth of CNC in just three years, impressed the assessors enough for them to be chosen.
CNC have grown from a start-up in 2008 into a thriving company exporting their products worldwide. A £1m turnover in year one, followed by a 50% increase in year two demonstrated CNC’s ability to successfully bring products to market. Careful structuring of the business on solid foundations and excellent planning for future expansion is enabling CNC to realise all of their strategic objectives. CNC has attracted many suitors and have recently formed an investment partnership with Advent Venture Partners, a highly skilled and experienced team that will help in securing a successful future.
David Newns, a CNC Director commented, “We are all delighted that our company has been chosen as a finalist and hope that we have worked hard enough to merit the award. We strive constantly to be the best in our field and our success so far is a true reflection of the labours of our dedicated team. I would like to say a big thank you to all of our staff for making it happen, and to North of England Excellence for selecting us.”
The awards take place on 10th November at the Lancashire County Cricket Ground and all at CNC are looking forward to an evening of excellence.
