 ETNA is the Accredited Trade Organisation to manage the UK stand at these shows.

 You don’t just take a stand – the UK support package helps to make the most of your presence at the show.

 Grant Eligibility

 Remember – in 2009 UKTI has made it much easier to qualify for grants. Past claims are wiped clean and new to market definition is much less of an issue. Ask us for more details.

 Grants Closing Date

 The closing date to bid for grants to attend Biotechnica is not far away now. If you want a grant you should get the forms from us at ETNA and return them TO US by 10 August.

 There are a couple of grants left, but companies waiting to be allocated them if they are not used by exhibitors on the official UK stand.

 There are a few more weeks for committing to the Biotech Forum stand and applying for the grants, but if you are going to make the most of the show, talk to us now. Don’t leave it till the last minute.

 How to apply for grants or join the stand

 Give us a call on 01276 855777 and we will send you the pack with the application forms for the grant and to join the stand, and an explanation of what you get as part of the wider support package before and at the show.

 Support for all UK companies visiting the event

 Even if you are going to the show and don’t want to join the UK stand, even just planning to do partnering or walk the stands, let us know so that we can make sure that any opportunities are sent you that are open to all UK companies attending the show.

 If you can’t attend but want to advertise your products or services

 We can display/ distribute literature on behalf of UK companies, (you pay the freight for your material, and we charge a display fee of )

 We show a continuous loop of powerpoint slides featuring several companies (over 60 last year) and these can be ANY UK life science company, even if it is not attending. So if you want to take advantage of this offer, just send us the slides (3 maximum please).

 We can arrange hotels and freight for the UK group.
